The 10.8V Lithium-ion Battery builds its structure through a three-series lithium cell arrangement. Engineers align cell groups in a fixed electrical path and route energy through a dedicated protection board. Measurement circuits scan each cell node in real time. At the same time, signal channels pass diagnostic data to external monitoring equipment. When irregular values appear, the control board interrupts output immediately.
Materiais e Arquitetura Celular
Cell construction uses layered lithium-metal-oxide cathodes paired with graphite anodes. Copper sheets guide electron collection on the negative side. Aluminum layers support current transfer on the positive side. A polymer separator film sits between electrodes and blocks direct contact while still allowing ion movement. In addition, the enclosure combines rigid plastic and metal reinforcement to maintain structural alignment during compression and vibration.
Electrical Layout and Circuit Handling
Technicians connect three cell blocks in series to form the 10.8V configuration. Nickel strips form welded joints between cells and reduce resistance at connection points. The protection board attaches to the terminal set and handles cutoff actions during abnormal electrical behavior. Balance lines run across each cell segment and equalize charge levels during operation. Meanwhile, cable anchoring points secure wiring and reduce mechanical stress.
Heat Path and Mechanical Structure
Heat transfer routes pass through spacing channels between cells. Conductive pads distribute thermal energy across the pack body. Instead of active cooling, the design relies on internal spacing geometry to guide heat movement. The outer shell absorbs external force and keeps internal modules in fixed position. Service openings allow inspection of electrical terminals without dismantling the full structure.

Manufacturing follows IEC 62133 and UN38.3 transport rules for lithium systems. Each pack undergoes insulation resistance measurement, load cycling tests, and voltage decay tracking. Engineers record serial-level data for traceability. Packaging inspection confirms terminal isolation before shipment. Documentation links each unit to its production batch for compliance tracking.
